基于信任的社会资本与民营企业可持续发展

20世纪90年代以来,社会资本成为企业发展的重要话题。它不但成为解释企业持续发展的理论,也被奉为探求组织发展的有效方法。信任是社会资本的重要内容。信任资源不足是我国民营企业成长的瓶颈。本文通过对我国民营企业中信任型社会资本的现状分析,提出民营企业应加强信任型社会资本的挖掘和建设,以促进我国民营企业可持续成长。     

Pitfalls to avoid when measuring institutions: Is Doing Business damaging business?

Over recent years, both governments and international aid organizations have been devoting large amounts of resources to “simplifying” the procedures for setting up and formalizing firms. Many of these actions have focused on reducing the initial costs of setting up the firm, disregarding the more important role of business registers as a source of reliable information for judges, government departments and, above all, other firms. This reliable information is essential for reducing transaction costs in future dealings with all sorts of economic agents, both public and private. The priorities of reform policies should therefore be thoroughly reviewed, stressing the value of the legal institutions rather than trivializing them as is often the case. 现阶段我国家族企业的存在合理性分析

在我国私营企业中家族企业，所占比例最高，这是我国现阶段政治、经济与文化等国情所决定的。传统家族制度、家文化的影响和渗透是家族企业普遍存在的伦理基础，交易费用问题是家族企业存在的理性选择，广阔的市场空间是家族企业生成的客观条件，国家扶持政策是家族企业发展的制度环境。由于这些原因家族企业在我国仍会长期存在，并将保持着旺盛的生命力。     

Researching the Drivers of Socially Responsible Purchasing: A Cross-National Study of Supplier Diversity Initiatives

What drives organisations to engage in socially responsible purchasing initiatives? To investigate this important question, this article uses a case-study approach to examine the context within which supplier diversity programmes have emerged in both the U.S. and U.K. The analysis identifies legislative and policy developments, economic imperatives, stakeholder pressures and ethical influences as forces shaping organisational responses. It reveals important contextual differences between U.K. and U.S. experience and offers an empirical and theoretical explanation of corporate behaviour.     

我国大学生创业环境的SWOT分析

随着当前我国高校毕业生的逐年增加,大学生就业难的问题正日益成为社会各界关注的焦点。在就业相对不易的背景下,社会各界对大学生创业给予了充分的关注,并努力为大学生创业构建良好的创业环境。本文以大学生创立企业的环境分析为起点,按照传统战略管理的基本思想,结合当前大学生创业的基本情况对大学生创业的内外部环境进行分析,并以SWOT模型为基础来分析大学生创业过程中所面临的宏微观环境,以期为当前我国大学生的创业提供借鉴和参考。     

论中小企业跨国投资的产业选择及其基准

中小企业由于具有产权优势、速度优势、创新优势、企业集群优势及独特的国际竞争力，在对外直接投资方面发挥着重要作用，并将成为中国企业跨国投资的主体。根据对外直接投资的相关理论及各国实践，中小企业跨国投资的产业选择基准须体现在资源保障导向基准、市场导向基准、产业结构导向基准及学习与技术寻求导向基准等方面。依据中国的实际和国际经验，中国中小企业对外直接投资的产业选择为：以具有比较优势的制造业作为跨国投资的突破点；适当扩大对高新技术产业的投资；加大对服务业的投资比重，形成并发展服务业的国际化体系．     

管理会计理论框架及其要素的构建

本文围绕管理会计理论框架的基本问题,探讨了管理会计理论框架研究的起点以及管理会计理论框架的构成要素及其内在逻辑关系等问题,发现了管理会计理论框架具有整体性,联系性,逻辑性,层次性,动态性等基本特征。并提出应以管理会计目作为管理会计理论框架的研究起点,在此基础上构建出管理会计理论框架及组成要素。     

金融支持小微企业的现状及政策建议——以吉林省为例

近年来,围绕解决小微企业"融资难"问题,国务院及人民银行等有关部门相继出台了一系列创新性的政策措施,许多政策措施在吉林省得到了较好的贯彻落实,金融支持小微企业的力度在逐步加大,并取得了较好的成效。但同发达地区相比,我省金融支持小微企业的水平仍存在较大差距,小微企业融资仍存在一些瓶颈和难题亟待解决。     

An econometric analysis of willingness-to-pay for sustainable development: A case study of the Vol?ji Potok landscape area

When the market for a certain good is competitive enough, economic activities can be studied by the market pricing mechanism. Because this is usually not feasible in case of environmental goods with embodied natural and cultural heritage, particular methods for economic valuation of such goods have to be applied. The present article represents the economic valuation of the Landscape Development and Protection Area of Vol?ji Potok, which is an important Slovenian cultural landscape area with internationally recognized qualities. For this purpose we combined classical contingent valuation with a closed-version of discrete choice method, where the protest responses have been removed. By using econometric analysis we obtained the value of willingness-to-pay and established its determinants. We also made an attempt to control for different biases that arise in such analyses. At last, we used the adjusted average individual value of willingness-to-pay to calculate the aggregate willingness-to-pay. The present analysis represents one of the very few applications of the method to Central and Eastern European countries.
